Pickup Option Does Not Appear at Checkout

The pickup option will only show at checkout if your ship to postal code is located in southern Ontario (See image below) Then, you can choose pick up date as per your requirement too.  If the option is not showing check these two things.

1. Make sure your ship to postal code in from Southern Ontario
2. Make sure the ship to province ON (Ontario) is chosen at checkout
