Can I place an order for a product that is sold out?

No, you cannot place an order for a product that is currently out of stock. If a product says it is sold out on our website, it cannot be added to your shopping cart.  


Please open a support ticket to ask for a restock date for the item/s you are inquiring about. 


Please include the following in your support ticket:

  • Product code/s.
  • Quantity.
  • Latest date you need your order by.


We will check our inventory to see if the items are on order and expected to arrive soon. If they are not, we will contact the manufacture to confirm availability and provide you with an estimated restock timeline.
