Balloon Hand Pumps

Modified on Mon, 17 Apr, 2023 at 8:01 PM

A well-designed hand pump should not only fill a balloon quickly but last a long time. Keep in mind, the larger the balloon– the longer it will take to inflate. We do not recommend blowing up latex balloons larger than 18 inches with a hand pump because it is time-consuming.

You can also fill foil balloons with air by using a hand pump if you do not need the balloon to float. Insert the tapered end of the pump into the foil balloon and begin inflating. Be careful not to tear the balloon tail or damage the self-sealing valve.

Dual-Action Inflator #31095

Our most popular hand pump is the Dual-Action Inflator and is recommended over most other designs. The dual-action inflator has a tapered nozzle to easily inflate 5-inch, 6-inch, 9-inch, 11-inch, 12-inch, 260Q, 321Q, and 350Q latex balloons. The nozzle is improved with grooves for a non-roll nozzle head. Bargain Balloons does not recommend this hand pump for 160Q balloons.

Single-Action Pump #47509

This red hand pump is designed to inflate 9-inch, 11-inch, 12-inch, 260Q, 321Q, and 350Q balloons. This pump has a storage compartment that can hold balloons. Although the compartment storage is unique, Bargain Balloons recommends the green hand pump because its ergonomic handle inflates balloons better and faster.

Pocket Pump #47512

This compact dual-action hand pump is designed with a tapered nozzle to fit 160Q and 260Q balloons. You may want to use the green dual inflator for 260Q balloons because the compact design of this pump requires many more pumps.
